Open-Box Products
To help us maintain product quality and competitive pricing, open-box products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes, but is not limited to: Tiles, laminate flooring, vinyl flooring, bifold doors, sliding closet doors, and open-box door locks.
We kindly encourage customers to confirm the product, quantity, dimensions, and condition before purchase.
Flooring & Tile Returns
Returns of vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, tiles, and engineered flooring may be accepted provided the products are in their original, unopened packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt.
A 5% restocking fee applies when returning 5 or more boxes.
For product quality and resale purposes, we are unable to accept opened, cut, used, or damaged boxes. We kindly encourage customers to inspect their order and confirm the required quantity before opening or installing the product.
Final Sale Items
Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature, handling requirements, or resale limitations.
The following items are final sale:
lumber
electrical breakers
electrical panels
paint
shower liners
glass products
shower doors
loose wire
loose screws
nuts
nails
washers
bathroom cabinets
quartz countertops
For bathroom cabinets and quartz countertops, we kindly ask customers to confirm all measurements and inspect the products for any visible damage before leaving the store.
Cold Weather Return Policy
From November through March, liquid and temperature-sensitive products are considered final sale due to the possibility of freezing or cold-weather damage after leaving our store.
This includes, but is not limited to:
paint
ready-mix compound
plumbing adhesive
caulking
silicone
PL adhesive
asphalt sealer
concrete sealer
spray foam
